This luxurious 5-star hotel is located directly on The Els Club Vilamoura. It is a new private golf club in the Algarve. Only a select number of hotel guests are allowed to play daily on this exclusive course, making the experience extra special.
The hotel is best described as a modern, trendy, luxury hotel overlooking the golf course. The Two restaurants and three bars offer everything for an enjoyable gourmet stay. The beautiful indoor & outdoor swimming pools with their accompanying lounge beds offer pure relaxation. After a round of golf, it is also great to pamper yourself in the beautiful Banyan Tree Spa.

The Els Club Vilamoura - golfing in pure Algarve perfection
The Els Club in Vilamoura is one of the Algarve's most sophisticated courses. Designed by Major winner Ernie Els, the course offers wide fairways, strategic bunkers and an open, sunny landscape. The combination of challenge and relaxation makes every round enjoyable, for both experienced golfers and players with higher handicaps.
The modern clubhouse with lots of light and panoramic views of the greens is the ideal place for a quiet lunch or a glass of vinho verde afterwards.
Old Course (1 km):
The Old Course - timeless class in Vilamoura is among the Algarve's most iconic courses. This classic parkland course winds through tall pine trees, with narrow fairways and subtle doglegs that reward precision. The quiet, green setting creates an almost nostalgic golfing experience, as if you were playing a traditional British parkland course but under Portuguese sunshine.
Recently, the clubhouse completely renovated, with an elegant, bright feel, lots of glass and views of the surrounding fairways.
THE ELS CLUB - Benefits & Terms.
- You have the choice of an electric trolley, a hand trolley or a shared baby carriage; these are included
- A forecaddie is required for each flight. The fee of €75 is paid on site.
- Guests will receive a token for use of the driving range, up to 45 minutes before the start time and subject to availability.
- A set of rental clubs is available for €45 per round, also subject to availability.
- In addition, each guest receives a personalized bag tag!
